Shipping & Delivery

Where does my order ship from?

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners. Depending on your location and the product ordered, items may ship from warehouses in the US or internationally.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. We know that's longer than Amazon Prime, and we appreciate your patience — every product is worth the wait. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out to us at our Contact page and we'll make it right — no hassle.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Are your products legit?

Absolutely. Every product on Lumien is hand-selected by our team for quality and design. We only carry items we'd put in our own spaces. If you're ever unhappy with a purchase, we'll fix it.
